How Do the Semi-Custom Brands Work?

After you purchase your brand kit, fill out your questionnaire, and book your time slot, we’ll customize it all and send it back to you within one week!
Once you purchase your kit, we will change the logos to reflect your business name, add your unique tagline, submark lettering, and update the color palette. Each brand kit comes with a custom element (like a pattern, icon, or custom typography), and we will create a customized element that aligns with your business just for you. Your brand also comes with font pairing recommendations to use across your brand and links to purchase those fonts.
You’re welcome to stick with the color palette that comes with the brand kit or tell us the colors you’re drawn to in the questionnaire, and we’ll create a new palette for you!
We’ll send all of your new files and documents to you via email with a link to download them all from Dropbox. You’ll also receive a mini Brand Guide which will explain how to use each file type, color, and font.
Each brand kit comes with one small revision - like a change of color. Additional revisions are scheduled and billed separately at $80 per hour.
They are not, but we will provide you with links to purchase the license when we deliver all of the files to you. Typically font licenses aren't too expensive (roughly $25) and we highly recommend owning the font that goes with your brand!
Absolutely! We understand that implementing high-quality design into your business is an investment. At checkout you can choose to pay in full or split your total into several payments.
